Terms of Service

Welcome to Share the Struggle, an initiative of Taming Mustangs, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ("Share the Struggle," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sharethestruggle.org and our coaching, courses, content, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or purchase Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
Your account
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Coaching and courses
We work hard to provide meaningful, biblically grounded coaching and course content, but we do not promise any specific outcome, result, or healing. Growth and transformation are ultimately God's work, and your participation and effort matter too. Coaching relationships depend on mutual respect; we may decline or end a coaching relationship where appropriate.
Payments and refunds
Prices for coaching, courses, and other paid Services are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and by purchasing you authorize the applicable charges. If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund, contact us at the email below and we will work with you in good faith.
Donations
Taming Mustangs, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are generally non-refundable. Consult your tax advisor about deductibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users, coaches, or staff
- Share another person's private information without permission
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Copy, resell, or redistribute our content or courses without permission
Content and intellectual property
The content on the Services — including articles, courses, videos, graphics, and the Share the Struggle name and logo — belongs to Taming Mustangs, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Everything else is reserved.
Content you submit
If you submit content to us (for example, a testimonial, comment, or message), you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to use it to operate and improve the Services. Please do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is complete or accurate. Please re-read the important notice above: coaching is not professional or crisis care.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taming Mustangs, Inc. and its directors, staff, coaches, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Taming Mustangs, Inc. from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Taming Mustangs, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
